This is the same Latitude 7400 from the **7000 series**, but with a 360-degree hinge and a touch display — one machine in four modes: an ordinary laptop, a folded-back screen for presenting, a tent for viewing, and a flat tablet. A 2019 model, 14 inches, metal body. The use that justifies the price difference is clear: signing documents with a pen, marking up drawings, presenting to a client sitting opposite you without turning the whole machine around, and reading PDFs held in your hand. If your work involves none of those, the ordinary version is lighter, cheaper, and lasts longer on a charge. The two real limitations belong to every 2-in-1 rather than to this model: it is **heavier** than the ordinary version because of the hinge and the touch layer, and its **battery drains faster** because a touch display draws more. Does the device carry customs tax, and what happens if I do not pay it?+

An unpaid device has a 120-day grace period — four months — counted from the day you put a SIM in and activate it on the network, not from the day you bought it. It is paid once, not monthly. If you would rather be done with it, transfer us the amount and we pay it on your behalf. The tax applies to phones only — not laptops, MacBooks, iPads or accessories.
How can I pay?+
Cash on delivery is the most common — you pay the courier at handover. We also take Visa and Mastercard on the bank's own page, mobile wallets such as Vodafone Cash, and InstaPay. Paying online carries no collection fee.
How long does delivery take?+

You have 14 days from the delivery date to exchange or return a used device, in the same condition it was bought and with everything that came with it. A new device can be returned or exchanged as long as the box is still sealed. Message us on WhatsApp and we will arrange it — every returned device is inspected within 48 hours, and we transfer the refund as soon as the inspection is done, through the method you paid with. Shipping costs in both cases are paid by the customer.
