The Precision 7740 is a 2019 model. The Precision 7000 series is the **full-power tier** of mobile workstations: 17.3 inches, a numeric keypad, cooling built for hours of sustained load, and most importantly **real upgrade room** — more memory slots and space for more than one drive, so the machine grows with you instead of being replaced. This is the tier whose job is long renders and very large assemblies. It is the **newest** machine in the tier, and the strongest of the four in graphics. The first limitation is plain and shared across the tier: **the machine is heavy and the charger is large**. This is a machine that lives on a desk and travels when it has to, not one you carry daily on public transport. If you need to carry it every day, look at the thin 5000 series in the same section. The second limitation belongs to this model: its graphics card is from the 2019 era, so if you work on the newest version of a particular design application, **ask us about this exact unit before buying** — we look at the card in the machine and tell you. Because it is 17.3 inches with real cooling inside — larger fans and heatsinks so it can take hours of rendering. The weight is the price of that, not a manufacturing flaw. If you carry your machine daily, the thin 5000 series in the same section is far lighter, but its cooling is constrained and it throttles under long loads — choosing between them is choosing between weight and power.

Does the device carry customs tax, and what happens if I do not pay it?+

How can I pay?+
Cash on delivery is the most common — you pay the courier at handover. We also take Visa and Mastercard on the bank's own page, mobile wallets such as Vodafone Cash, and InstaPay. Paying online carries no collection fee.
How long does delivery take?+

Message us on WhatsApp and we will arrange it — every returned device is inspected within 48 hours, and we transfer the refund as soon as the inspection is done, through the method you paid with. Shipping costs in both cases are paid by the customer.
