In practice the screen is taller, so you see more lines of code and more layers in a design application without scrolling. Spend a month on 16:10 and going back to 16:9 feels cramped. It carries Thunderbolt 4: a single port that charges the machine, drives two displays and moves files at high speed simultaneously — one cable between you and your desk. It runs Intel processors with performance and efficiency cores, so heavy applications take the strong cores while background work runs on the efficient ones. **The drawbacks are the whole class's: weight, charger size and battery life under load.** This machine belongs on a desk on mains power, and if your work moves every day you are paying for cooling and a card you will not use in a bag. Does a 16:10 screen really matter?+
It matters for vertical work: code, documents, web pages and design layers. The screen gives you more lines at the same size, so you scroll less. What does not benefit is video — films are 16:9, so you get black bars top and bottom.
What does Thunderbolt 4 add over plain USB-C?+
One cable doing three things at once: charging the machine, driving one or two displays, and moving files at high speed. You can put a dock on the desk and connect with a single cable instead of four. Plain USB-C guarantees neither the speed nor the display output — both are optional on it.
How does it differ from the G7?+
Three main differences: a 16:10 display instead of 16:9, Thunderbolt 4 instead of 3, and processors with performance and efficiency cores instead of identical ones. If you work on the screen all day, the aspect ratio alone is worth it. If budget matters more, the G7 is still a complete workstation.

Does the device carry customs tax, and what happens if I do not pay it?+
Every phone on the site says whether its tax is already paid, and when it is not, the amount sits next to the price. An unpaid device has a 120-day grace period — four months — counted from the day you put a SIM in and activate it on the network, not from the day you bought it. It is paid once, not monthly. If you would rather be done with it, transfer us the amount and we pay it on your behalf. The tax applies to phones only — not laptops, MacBooks, iPads or accessories.
How can I pay?+
Cash on delivery is the most common — you pay the courier at handover. We also take Visa and Mastercard on the bank's own page, mobile wallets such as Vodafone Cash, and InstaPay. Paying online carries no collection fee.
How long does delivery take?+
Usually two working days, and it varies by governorate. Your own delivery time and shipping fee appear once you pick your governorate at checkout — shipping is paid by the customer; we do not offer free delivery.
What if the device is not what I expected — how do I return it?+
You have 14 days from the delivery date to exchange or return a used device, in the same condition it was bought and with everything that came with it. A new device can be returned or exchanged as long as the box is still sealed. Message us on WhatsApp and we will arrange it — every returned device is inspected within 48 hours, and we transfer the refund as soon as the inspection is done, through the method you paid with. Shipping costs in both cases are paid by the customer.
