Dell Alienware m151TB · RedAbout this device
Alienware is **Dell's gaming line** — a different category entirely from the rest of this section. These machines carry a powerful discrete graphics card, large cooling and lighting, which makes them the strongest performers in the section and simultaneously the heaviest and dearest. What justifies the price is the graphics card. Modern games, editing software and rendering run on the card rather than the processor, and the gap between a gaming card and integrated graphics is measured in multiples, not percentages. Displays in this class also have higher refresh rates, which is felt in fast games. **The most important weakness in a used gaming laptop is the cooling, not the specification.** This machine has spent its life at full load — graphics card and processor working together for hours — so fans and heatsinks are the first thing to tire, and that shows up in neither normal use nor a specification on paper. So we load the processor and the card together, watch temperature and clock speed, and write it down when a machine throttles. One that is fast for five minutes and then slow is worse than a slower machine that holds steady. Two further limitations: it is **very heavy with a large charger**, so it is not a machine you carry daily, and its **battery drains quickly** in games because the card draws heavily — this class runs plugged in. A note: Dell shipped more than one revision of the m15 under the same name, so the exact specification — processor, memory, drive and screen size — is in the table above, read off the machine itself.
Who is it for?
For modern games, video editing or rendering, and for a machine that stays plugged in on a desk — not for anyone carrying it daily.

Customer questions
Which memory and storage configurations of the Dell Alienware m15 are available?+
Right now — memory: 16 DDR4; storage: 1TB. This list comes straight from our stock: a configuration that sells disappears from the page on its own, so what you see is what we hold. And if the size you want is not listed, we fit it before shipping and the difference is shown on the device's page.
How much does the Dell Alienware m15 cost?+
30,999 EGP. Prices update live from our warehouse, with 1 unit in stock.
What is the Dell Alienware m15 good for?+
It comes with 164GB of memory, which handles heavy graphics, video editing and design work, and several demanding apps at once. If your work needs more memory than we list, we fit it before shipping and the difference is shown on the device's page. And if you are unsure whether it will run one particular program, tell us which and we will say plainly whether it will or whether you want the higher build.
Are these Dell Alienware m15 machines used or new?+
They are imported, first-grade stock: working machines imported used, then sorted so only the best-condition units are listed. They are not refurbished and not opened up. Each one passes our 18-point inspection before it ships — including performance and temperature under a real 20-minute load, and drive health read from the drive itself. The condition of each individual machine is written on its own page, and it carries 3 months of Pluto Store warranty.
What comes with the Dell Alienware m15?+
The machine and its charger, plus an official tax invoice showing the warranty and serial number. If the device ships in its box, the box contents are listed in its description.
What warranty does the Dell Alienware m15 carry?+
3 months warranty from Pluto Store, covering operating and hardware faults, with an official tax invoice showing the serial number. The machine has passed our 18-point inspection — including performance and temperature under a real 20-minute load, drive health read from the drive itself, and every key tested individually.
What is the closest alternative to the Dell Alienware m15?+
the Dell Precision 5530 is 6,999 EGP less, in 512GB. the Dell Precision 7740 is 8,000 EGP more, in 1024GB. These figures come from our stock right now and move as units sell. Memory, storage and the condition of each machine are written on its own page, so you can see the difference on the page itself.
What must I check on a used gaming laptop?+
The cooling, and that is not an exaggeration. This machine has lived at full load, so fans and heatsinks are the first thing to tire — and the specification on paper says nothing about it. We load the processor and the card together, watch temperature and clock speed, and write it down when a machine throttles. The second thing is drive health, which we read off the drive itself.
Is it usable for editing and rendering, not just games?+
Yes — editing and rendering software benefits from the graphics card exactly as games do. The difference between this and a workstation (Precision, ZBook) is that workstation cards carry drivers **certified** by design-software vendors, meaning greater stability in AutoCAD and SolidWorks. If your work is editing and gaming, Alienware. If it is engineering design, a workstation.
How long does the battery last?+
Not long, and that is true of the whole class rather than a fault in the model. A powerful graphics card draws heavily, so gaming laptops run plugged in while playing. Unplugged, the machine reduces performance to protect the battery. So if you need a machine that works away from a socket, this is not the class.
What does it mean that a device is inspected?+
Each kind of device has its own written list it passes before being listed. An iPhone gets 18 checks: battery, screen (original or replaced), cameras, speakers and microphone, Touch ID or Face ID, mobile data and Wi-Fi, the charging port, and confirmation that it is not iCloud-locked or reported. A laptop gets 18: performance and temperature under a real 20-minute load, drive health read off the drive itself, memory, display, every key on the keyboard, and every port with a real device. Both lists are published in full, with the reason for each check, on our inspection page.
Does the device carry customs tax, and what happens if I do not pay it?+
Every phone on the site says whether its tax is already paid, and when it is not, the amount sits next to the price. An unpaid device has a 120-day grace period — four months — counted from the day you put a SIM in and activate it on the network, not from the day you bought it. It is paid once, not monthly. If you would rather be done with it, transfer us the amount and we pay it on your behalf. The tax applies to phones only — not laptops, MacBooks, iPads or accessories.
How can I pay?+
Cash on delivery is the most common — you pay the courier at handover. We also take Visa and Mastercard on the bank's own page, mobile wallets such as Vodafone Cash, and InstaPay. Paying online carries no collection fee.
How long does delivery take?+
Usually two working days, and it varies by governorate. Your own delivery time and shipping fee appear once you pick your governorate at checkout — shipping is paid by the customer; we do not offer free delivery.
What if the device is not what I expected — how do I return it?+
You have 14 days from the delivery date to exchange or return a used device, in the same condition it was bought and with everything that came with it. A new device can be returned or exchanged as long as the box is still sealed. Message us on WhatsApp and we will arrange it — every returned device is inspected within 48 hours, and we transfer the refund as soon as the inspection is done, through the method you paid with. Shipping costs in both cases are paid by the customer.

Warranty & returns
This device is used and carries 3 months warranty from Pluto Store. We want you to buy with confidence, so every device we sell carries a warranty — its length and terms vary from one device to another depending on the kind of device and whether it is new or used. If anything warranty-related comes up, contact us and our team will help you, inspect the device, and act according to this policy.
- The warranty starts on the delivery date, and the invoice is the proof.
- It covers hardware and operating faults — unless they are caused by misuse.
- It does not cover cracks, water damage, or a device opened outside Pluto Store.
- Normal battery-health decline with everyday use is wear rather than a fault, so it is not covered.
Returns and exchanges
You can exchange or return the device within 14 days of the delivery date under Pluto Store's policy. It has to be in the same condition it was bought in and meet the return conditions. Every returned device goes through a technical inspection before the request is accepted, so we can confirm its condition, and our team will help you at every step.
- Used devices can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of the delivery date only.
- New devices can only be returned or exchanged if the box is still sealed.
- Every returned device goes through an inspection that takes up to 48 hours before any action.
- As soon as the inspection is done we transfer the refund straight away, through the method you paid with.
