The standard iPad is Apple's entry into tablets, and this version carries the A16 chip and an 11-inch display — larger than previous generations in roughly the same body, because the bezel got thinner rather than the tablet bigger. What people do on it, it does well: browsing, study, drawing with a pencil, video and calls. The front camera sits on the **long** edge, so resting the tablet in landscape on a stand or keyboard puts you in the centre of frame exactly as a computer would — one of the most irritating things about older generations. USB-C charges it and drives an external display, and Touch ID lives in the top button. **The limitations to know before buying:** the display is not laminated and has no anti-reflective coating like the iPad Air — reflections show more in bright light, and there is a small perceptible gap between the pencil tip and the image. It supports Apple Pencil (USB-C) and the 1st-generation Apple Pencil with an adapter only — **not** the Apple Pencil Pro or 2nd generation, so there is no magnetic side charging and no pressure sensitivity. Apple Intelligence features do not run on this model.

How does it differ from the iPad Air?+
Three differences you feel in use: the Air's display is laminated with an anti-reflective coating, so the pencil feels closer to the image and reflections are weaker; the Air supports the Apple Pencil Pro with magnetic charging; and the Air's chip is faster and runs Apple Intelligence. For browsing, study and video you will not notice much. For serious drawing you notice on day one.
Which pencil works with it?+
The Apple Pencil (USB-C), which is the cheapest, and the 1st-generation Apple Pencil with an adapter. The Apple Pencil Pro and 2nd generation do not work — so no magnetic side charging and no pressure sensitivity. If pressure matters to your drawing, this is not the model.
Can it replace a laptop?+
For specific work, yes: reading, email, documents, presentations and calls. Two things stand in the way — iPadOS does not run Windows or Mac software, and its multi-window handling is limited next to a computer. If your work depends on one desktop application, check for an iPad version first.
Can storage be added later?+
No. iPad storage is fixed at purchase and there is no memory card slot, so the choice is made once. You can attach an external drive over USB-C or use cloud storage, but apps themselves install on the internal capacity. The capacities in stock are listed above.
What does it mean that a device is inspected?+
Each kind of device has its own written list it passes before being listed. An iPhone gets 18 checks: battery, screen (original or replaced), cameras, speakers and microphone, Touch ID or Face ID, mobile data and Wi-Fi, the charging port, and confirmation that it is not iCloud-locked or reported. A laptop gets 18: performance and temperature under a real 20-minute load, drive health read off the drive itself, memory, display, every key on the keyboard, and every port with a real device. Both lists are published in full, with the reason for each check, on our inspection page.
Does the device carry customs tax, and what happens if I do not pay it?+
Every phone on the site says whether its tax is already paid, and when it is not, the amount sits next to the price. An unpaid device has a 120-day grace period — four months — counted from the day you put a SIM in and activate it on the network, not from the day you bought it. It is paid once, not monthly. If you would rather be done with it, transfer us the amount and we pay it on your behalf. The tax applies to phones only — not laptops, MacBooks, iPads or accessories.
How can I pay?+
Cash on delivery is the most common — you pay the courier at handover. We also take Visa and Mastercard on the bank's own page, mobile wallets such as Vodafone Cash, and InstaPay. Paying online carries no collection fee.
How long does delivery take?+
Usually two working days, and it varies by governorate. Your own delivery time and shipping fee appear once you pick your governorate at checkout — shipping is paid by the customer; we do not offer free delivery.
What if the device is not what I expected — how do I return it?+
You have 14 days from the delivery date to exchange or return a used device, in the same condition it was bought and with everything that came with it. A new device can be returned or exchanged as long as the box is still sealed. Message us on WhatsApp and we will arrange it — every returned device is inspected within 48 hours, and we transfer the refund as soon as the inspection is done, through the method you paid with. Shipping costs in both cases are paid by the customer.
