LiDAR makes focusing in the dark much faster and enables Night mode portraits, while ProRAW gives you real editing latitude after the shot. This is a phone for someone who photographs seriously. The limitation: the display is 60Hz — Apple did not bring ProMotion to the Pro line until the 13 Pro — and the stainless steel frame shows scratches and fingerprints, so most used units carry some frame wear.

What does the LiDAR sensor actually do?+
It measures the distance to your subject with a laser, so focusing in the dark is far quicker and Portrait mode works in low light. It also helps augmented-reality apps and distance measuring. In ordinary daylight you will not notice a difference.
What is ProRAW and do I need it?+
A photo format that keeps the raw sensor data alongside Apple's processing, so you can push exposure and colour later without the image falling apart. Useful if you edit in Lightroom or shoot products. The files are much larger than normal photos.
12 Pro or 13 Pro?+
The display is the big one: the 13 Pro has 120Hz ProMotion, and scrolling and games look visibly smoother. It also moves to 3x zoom from 2x, adds macro, has a noticeably larger battery, and gains Cinematic mode. If the budget stretches, the 13 Pro is a real step up.
Does it support eSIM in Egypt?+
Yes — the model takes a physical nano-SIM plus an eSIM, so two lines can run together. Whether it works in practice depends on your carrier issuing eSIMs, which varies between operators.
What does it mean that a device is inspected?+
Each kind of device has its own written list it passes before being listed. An iPhone gets 18 checks: battery, screen (original or replaced), cameras, speakers and microphone, Touch ID or Face ID, mobile data and Wi-Fi, the charging port, and confirmation that it is not iCloud-locked or reported. A laptop gets 18: performance and temperature under a real 20-minute load, drive health read off the drive itself, memory, display, every key on the keyboard, and every port with a real device. How can I pay?+
Cash on delivery is the most common — you pay the courier at handover. We also take Visa and Mastercard on the bank's own page, mobile wallets such as Vodafone Cash, and InstaPay. Paying online carries no collection fee.
How long does delivery take?+
Usually two working days, and it varies by governorate. Your own delivery time and shipping fee appear once you pick your governorate at checkout — shipping is paid by the customer; we do not offer free delivery.
What if the device is not what I expected — how do I return it?+
You have 14 days from the delivery date to exchange or return a used device, in the same condition it was bought and with everything that came with it. A new device can be returned or exchanged as long as the box is still sealed. Message us on WhatsApp and we will arrange it — every returned device is inspected within 48 hours, and we transfer the refund as soon as the inspection is done, through the method you paid with. Shipping costs in both cases are paid by the customer.
