The iPhone 14 uses the A15 chip with five GPU cores — the same one as the 13 Pro — and a larger main camera sensor that gathers more light, so night and indoor shots come out cleaner than on the iPhone 13. The front camera gains autofocus. It adds Crash Detection, which calls emergency services on its own after an accident, a bright 6.1-inch OLED, Cinematic mode at 4K and Action mode for stabilised video while you walk. The limitation to know: the design and display are identical to the iPhone 13 and the chip is the same family, so coming from a 13 you will not feel a jump. The display is 60Hz, there is no telephoto, and it still uses Lightning.

In practice, as long as the battery still gets you through the day there is no reason to replace it — the time to think about it is when a charge stops lasting.
Does the iPhone 14 carry customs tax, and how much?+
Yes — the units we hold right now are not tax-paid. The grace period is 120 days — four months — counted from the day you put a SIM in and activate the device on the network, not from the day you bought it. It is paid once, not monthly, and if you would rather be done with it you can transfer us the amount and we pay it on your behalf.

Is the 14 worth paying more than the 13?+
If the price gap is small, yes — cleaner low-light photos, front camera autofocus and Crash Detection. If the gap is large, the iPhone 13 is better value: same design, same display and very close performance.
How does Crash Detection work?+
The phone reads its motion and audio sensors, and if it detects a severe car crash it shows an alert and calls emergency services itself if you do not respond. It needs a network connection and dials local emergency numbers.
What does Action mode do?+
It stabilises video heavily while you walk or run, with results close to a gimbal. The trade-offs are a cropped frame and a need for good light, so it is not for shooting in the dark.
Do US and Egyptian iPhone 14 units differ?+
Yes, and it matters: US iPhone 14 models and later are eSIM-only with no physical SIM tray. We record the SIM type per unit — message us on WhatsApp about the specific device before ordering if this matters to you.
What does it mean that a device is inspected?+
Each kind of device has its own written list it passes before being listed. An iPhone gets 18 checks: battery, screen (original or replaced), cameras, speakers and microphone, Touch ID or Face ID, mobile data and Wi-Fi, the charging port, and confirmation that it is not iCloud-locked or reported. A laptop gets 18: performance and temperature under a real 20-minute load, drive health read off the drive itself, memory, display, every key on the keyboard, and every port with a real device. How can I pay?+
Cash on delivery is the most common — you pay the courier at handover. We also take Visa and Mastercard on the bank's own page, mobile wallets such as Vodafone Cash, and InstaPay. Paying online carries no collection fee.
How long does delivery take?+
Usually two working days, and it varies by governorate. Your own delivery time and shipping fee appear once you pick your governorate at checkout — shipping is paid by the customer; we do not offer free delivery.
What if the device is not what I expected — how do I return it?+
You have 14 days from the delivery date to exchange or return a used device, in the same condition it was bought and with everything that came with it. A new device can be returned or exchanged as long as the box is still sealed. Message us on WhatsApp and we will arrange it — every returned device is inspected within 48 hours, and we transfer the refund as soon as the inspection is done, through the method you paid with. Shipping costs in both cases are paid by the customer.
