Is the 13 Pro Max battery better than the 14 Pro Max?+
They are very close, and both clear a heavy day on a healthy unit. The 13 Pro Max wins on price; the 14 Pro Max adds an always-on display, the Dynamic Island and a 48MP camera. The battery health listed on the individual unit is what decides real-world performance.
It is heavy — is there a lighter phone with the same features?+
Yes, the 13 Pro: the same display technology, the same cameras and the same chip in 6.1 inches, 36 grams lighter. What you give up is screen area and some battery life.
Is it good for editing and working from the phone?+
Yes, and it is one of the best used models for it: a large 120Hz screen, an A15 that handles editing apps, and ProRes capture if you need maximum quality. Note that ProRes files are enormous, so you will need plenty of storage.
Does the display run at 120Hz all the time?+
No, by design. The rate varies automatically between 10Hz and 120Hz depending on what is on screen — dropping on static content, rising for scrolling and games. That is what keeps the fast display from hurting battery life.
What does it mean that a device is inspected?+
Each kind of device has its own written list it passes before being listed. An iPhone gets 18 checks: battery, screen (original or replaced), cameras, speakers and microphone, Touch ID or Face ID, mobile data and Wi-Fi, the charging port, and confirmation that it is not iCloud-locked or reported. A laptop gets 18: performance and temperature under a real 20-minute load, drive health read off the drive itself, memory, display, every key on the keyboard, and every port with a real device. Both lists are published in full, with the reason for each check, on our inspection page.
How can I pay?+
Cash on delivery is the most common — you pay the courier at handover. We also take Visa and Mastercard on the bank's own page, mobile wallets such as Vodafone Cash, and InstaPay. Paying online carries no collection fee.
How long does delivery take?+
Usually two working days, and it varies by governorate. Your own delivery time and shipping fee appear once you pick your governorate at checkout — shipping is paid by the customer; we do not offer free delivery.
What if the device is not what I expected — how do I return it?+
You have 14 days from the delivery date to exchange or return a used device, in the same condition it was bought and with everything that came with it. A new device can be returned or exchanged as long as the box is still sealed. Message us on WhatsApp and we will arrange it — every returned device is inspected within 48 hours, and we transfer the refund as soon as the inspection is done, through the method you paid with. Shipping costs in both cases are paid by the customer.
