Does the iPhone 11 still get updates?+
Yes. The A13 chip is still covered by current iOS releases — the key difference from the XS and XR, which have been dropped. It still receives security updates and new apps install normally.
iPhone 11 or 11 Pro?+
Three differences matter: the Pro has an OLED screen at a much higher resolution against the regular LCD, it adds a third telephoto lens with 2x optical zoom, and its frame is stainless steel rather than aluminium. Both share the same chip — and the regular 11 actually has the bigger battery.
Is the iPhone 11 screen OLED?+
No, it is an LCD at 1792 x 828. Colour accuracy and outdoor brightness are good, but blacks look grey in a dark room and contrast is below any Pro model. If the display matters most to you, look at the 11 Pro or the 12.
Is the iPhone 11 good for gaming?+
Yes — the A13 still runs most games at high settings. The limit is the refresh rate: 60Hz only, so games built to take advantage of 120Hz will not feel as smooth as they do on Pro models from the 13 onward.
What does it mean that a device is inspected?+
Each kind of device has its own written list it passes before being listed. An iPhone gets 18 checks: battery, screen (original or replaced), cameras, speakers and microphone, Touch ID or Face ID, mobile data and Wi-Fi, the charging port, and confirmation that it is not iCloud-locked or reported. A laptop gets 18: performance and temperature under a real 20-minute load, drive health read off the drive itself, memory, display, every key on the keyboard, and every port with a real device. How can I pay?+
Cash on delivery is the most common — you pay the courier at handover. We also take Visa and Mastercard on the bank's own page, mobile wallets such as Vodafone Cash, and InstaPay. Paying online carries no collection fee.
How long does delivery take?+
Usually two working days, and it varies by governorate. Your own delivery time and shipping fee appear once you pick your governorate at checkout — shipping is paid by the customer; we do not offer free delivery.
What if the device is not what I expected — how do I return it?+
You have 14 days from the delivery date to exchange or return a used device, in the same condition it was bought and with everything that came with it. A new device can be returned or exchanged as long as the box is still sealed. Message us on WhatsApp and we will arrange it — every returned device is inspected within 48 hours, and we transfer the refund as soon as the inspection is done, through the method you paid with. Shipping costs in both cases are paid by the customer.
