11 Pro or 11 Pro Max?+
Size and battery are the only differences. The Pro Max has a 6.5-inch screen and a noticeably larger battery; the Pro is 5.8 inches and 38 grams lighter. Cameras, chip and display technology are identical.
Is the zoom on the 11 Pro optical or digital?+
Optical. There is a real telephoto lens at 2x, so the image is magnified without losing detail — unlike digital zoom, which simply enlarges and softens the picture. Digital zoom extends to 10x beyond that.
Is the 11 Pro good enough for professional photography?+
It is good for serious photography rather than professional work. The three lenses cover most situations, it records 4K at 60fps and colour is accurate. What it lacks is ProRAW and Cinematic mode, which arrived with the 12 Pro and 13.
What does the stainless steel body mean in practice?+
The side frame is a heavier, stronger metal than the aluminium used on the standard models, and it feels more premium in the hand. The downside is that it shows fingerprints and scratches with use, so a used unit tends to show frame wear more than an aluminium one.
What does it mean that a device is inspected?+
Each kind of device has its own written list it passes before being listed. An iPhone gets 18 checks: battery, screen (original or replaced), cameras, speakers and microphone, Touch ID or Face ID, mobile data and Wi-Fi, the charging port, and confirmation that it is not iCloud-locked or reported. A laptop gets 18: performance and temperature under a real 20-minute load, drive health read off the drive itself, memory, display, every key on the keyboard, and every port with a real device. How can I pay?+
Cash on delivery is the most common — you pay the courier at handover. We also take Visa and Mastercard on the bank's own page, mobile wallets such as Vodafone Cash, and InstaPay. Paying online carries no collection fee.
How long does delivery take?+
Usually two working days, and it varies by governorate. Your own delivery time and shipping fee appear once you pick your governorate at checkout — shipping is paid by the customer; we do not offer free delivery.
What if the device is not what I expected — how do I return it?+
You have 14 days from the delivery date to exchange or return a used device, in the same condition it was bought and with everything that came with it. A new device can be returned or exchanged as long as the box is still sealed. Message us on WhatsApp and we will arrange it — every returned device is inspected within 48 hours, and we transfer the refund as soon as the inspection is done, through the method you paid with. Shipping costs in both cases are paid by the customer.
