Does the 48MP camera really matter?+
It matters in two cases: shooting full-resolution ProRAW, where detail is far higher and you can crop later, and using the 2x zoom that crops from the middle of the sensor, which is cleaner than digital zoom. For ordinary photos the phone combines pixels into a cleaner 12MP image.
Is the Dynamic Island useful or just for show?+
Genuinely useful for specific things: timers, calls, the playing track and delivery tracking appear there without opening the app. It does take space at the top of the screen in apps that have not been adapted for it.
14 Pro Max or 13 Pro Max?+
Three things differ: a 48MP camera against 12MP, the always-on display and Dynamic Island, and a faster A16 chip. Screen size is the same and battery life is close. If the camera is not your priority, the 13 Pro Max is cheaper by a margin worth considering.
Does it have USB-C?+
No, it uses Lightning. Apple switched to USB-C from the iPhone 15 onward. If USB-C matters to you, you need a newer model.
What does it mean that a device is inspected?+

An iPhone gets 18 checks: battery, screen (original or replaced), cameras, speakers and microphone, Touch ID or Face ID, mobile data and Wi-Fi, the charging port, and confirmation that it is not iCloud-locked or reported. How can I pay?+
Cash on delivery is the most common — you pay the courier at handover. We also take Visa and Mastercard on the bank's own page, mobile wallets such as Vodafone Cash, and InstaPay. Paying online carries no collection fee.
How long does delivery take?+
Usually two working days, and it varies by governorate. Your own delivery time and shipping fee appear once you pick your governorate at checkout — shipping is paid by the customer; we do not offer free delivery.
What if the device is not what I expected — how do I return it?+
You have 14 days from the delivery date to exchange or return a used device, in the same condition it was bought and with everything that came with it. A new device can be returned or exchanged as long as the box is still sealed. Message us on WhatsApp and we will arrange it — every returned device is inspected within 48 hours, and we transfer the refund as soon as the inspection is done, through the method you paid with. Shipping costs in both cases are paid by the customer.
