The iPhone 15 is the generation that moved Pro features down to the standard model: the Dynamic Island instead of the notch, a 48MP main camera instead of 12MP, and USB-C instead of Lightning. The camera gives a 2x zoom cropped from the middle of the sensor with no extra lens, and ordinary shots combine pixels into a cleaner 24MP image than the previous generation produced. The A16 chip is the same one in the iPhone 14 Pro. The back is glass coloured through the material rather than coated, so a scratch does not reveal a different colour underneath. The limitation: the display is 60Hz — no ProMotion and no always-on screen, which you notice coming from a Pro model. And while USB-C charges and drives displays, its file-transfer speed is exactly Lightning's (USB 2), so offloading video is no faster.

The grace period is 120 days — four months — counted from the day you put a SIM in and activate the device on the network, not from the day you bought it. What changed from the iPhone 14?+
Four things: a 48MP main camera instead of 12MP, USB-C instead of Lightning, the A16 chip instead of A15, and the Dynamic Island that used to be Pro-only. Size and display are the same and battery life is close. If the port and camera do not matter to you, the 14 is cheaper.
Is it the same camera as the 15 Pro?+
The 48MP main sensor is shared, but the Pro adds a 3x telephoto lens, ProRAW and ProRes capture and a LiDAR sensor. So for ordinary shots and 2x zoom the difference is small; for long zoom and professional capture it is large.
Does USB-C charge faster?+
Charging is roughly the same — the real gain is one cable shared with your Mac, iPad and headphones, and the ability to charge a watch or AirPods from the phone. File transfer, though, runs at USB 2 speed exactly as Lightning did, so offloading video is no quicker.
Will a 60Hz screen bother me?+
Coming from a standard iPhone (14 or older) you will not notice, because it is the same panel. Coming from a 120Hz Pro, scrolling will look less smooth for the first few days. There is also no always-on display here, so the time and alerts need a tap.
What does it mean that a device is inspected?+
Each kind of device has its own written list it passes before being listed. An iPhone gets 18 checks: battery, screen (original or replaced), cameras, speakers and microphone, Touch ID or Face ID, mobile data and Wi-Fi, the charging port, and confirmation that it is not iCloud-locked or reported. A laptop gets 18: performance and temperature under a real 20-minute load, drive health read off the drive itself, memory, display, every key on the keyboard, and every port with a real device. How can I pay?+
Cash on delivery is the most common — you pay the courier at handover. We also take Visa and Mastercard on the bank's own page, mobile wallets such as Vodafone Cash, and InstaPay. Paying online carries no collection fee.
How long does delivery take?+
Usually two working days, and it varies by governorate. Your own delivery time and shipping fee appear once you pick your governorate at checkout — shipping is paid by the customer; we do not offer free delivery.
What if the device is not what I expected — how do I return it?+
You have 14 days from the delivery date to exchange or return a used device, in the same condition it was bought and with everything that came with it. A new device can be returned or exchanged as long as the box is still sealed. Message us on WhatsApp and we will arrange it — every returned device is inspected within 48 hours, and we transfer the refund as soon as the inspection is done, through the method you paid with. Shipping costs in both cases are paid by the customer.
