Does the iPhone XS Max still get updates?+
No. iOS 18 is the last version Apple shipped for it. The phone works normally and installed apps keep running, but newer apps that require a later iOS will not install.
XS Max or 11 Pro Max?+
Almost the same screen size, but the 11 Pro Max is a generation newer: a faster A13 chip, a third ultra-wide camera, a noticeably larger battery, and — most importantly — it still receives iOS updates. If the prices are close, the 11 Pro Max is the better value.
Can I run two lines on the XS Max?+
Yes. It takes a physical nano-SIM plus an eSIM, so two lines can be active at once. The second line has to be an eSIM from a carrier that supports it in Egypt.
Does the OLED screen suffer burn-in?+
OLED panels can retain an image if the same static content sits on screen for long hours every day, and on a used device that is a real possibility. That is why the display is one of our inspection points: any visible mark is recorded against the unit before it goes on sale.
What does it mean that a device is inspected?+
Each kind of device has its own written list it passes before being listed. An iPhone gets 18 checks: battery, screen (original or replaced), cameras, speakers and microphone, Touch ID or Face ID, mobile data and Wi-Fi, the charging port, and confirmation that it is not iCloud-locked or reported. A laptop gets 18: performance and temperature under a real 20-minute load, drive health read off the drive itself, memory, display, every key on the keyboard, and every port with a real device. How can I pay?+
Cash on delivery is the most common — you pay the courier at handover. We also take Visa and Mastercard on the bank's own page, mobile wallets such as Vodafone Cash, and InstaPay. Paying online carries no collection fee.
How long does delivery take?+
Usually two working days, and it varies by governorate. Your own delivery time and shipping fee appear once you pick your governorate at checkout — shipping is paid by the customer; we do not offer free delivery.
What if the device is not what I expected — how do I return it?+
You have 14 days from the delivery date to exchange or return a used device, in the same condition it was bought and with everything that came with it. A new device can be returned or exchanged as long as the box is still sealed. Message us on WhatsApp and we will arrange it — every returned device is inspected within 48 hours, and we transfer the refund as soon as the inspection is done, through the method you paid with. Shipping costs in both cases are paid by the customer.
